Database and Email Management System
-A self-updating
database allows easy access to information by searching
with a keyword or by any known criteria.

Staff may email select groups of members and send automated
updates or notices. Letter templates may be created
and stored.
-Contact
information can be exported and/or imported from most
stand-alone database files such as Excel or File Maker
Pro.
Content
Management System
-Staff manages
content of Web site from its administrative console,
which requires no programming or html knowledge.
-Information
is added, modified or deleted to the Web site by staff
and dynamically displayed on all appropriate pages.
-Both staff
and membership have the capability to search content
in a sophisticated database retrieval system.
Online
Membership Registration and Revenue Development

register online and staff accesses member profiles in
the self-updating contact database.
-Pages are
created for donor solicitation and secure shopping cart
and ordering system.

may review online their profile information and order

Events
Calendar (WAP enabled)

view of events allows for quick access to check activities.

event is linked to a more detailed description with
contact and registration information. If desired, members
may view names of other members registered to attend

spent by Web site visitors may be reviewed daily.

tracking Web site usage by day, month, or year can be
