ICI's Web Application Features

ICI technology is as flexible as organizations are varied. From political campaigns, lobby groups, educational and government agencies, we custom build content management database driven system software to fit the individual organization. The core of each ICI Web site is our adaptable, user-friendly, point-and-click database management software.

Contact Database and Email Management System

-A self-updating database allows easy access to information by searching with a keyword or by any known criteria.

-Email manager: Staff may email select groups of members and send automated updates or notices. Letter templates may be created and stored.

-Contact information can be exported and/or imported from most stand-alone database files such as Excel or File Maker Pro.

Content Management System

-Staff manages content of Web site from its administrative console, which requires no programming or html knowledge.

-Information is added, modified or deleted to the Web site by staff and dynamically displayed on all appropriate pages.

-Both staff and membership have the capability to search content in a sophisticated database retrieval system.

Online Membership Registration and Revenue Development

-Members register online and staff accesses member profiles in the self-updating contact database.

-Pages are created for donor solicitation and secure shopping cart and ordering system.

-Members may review online their profile information and order status.

Events Calendar (WAP enabled)

-A calendar view of events allows for quick access to check activities.

-Each displayed event is linked to a more detailed description with contact and registration information. If desired, members may view names of other members registered to attend upcoming events.

-For organizations with event registration or workshops, personal calendar views can be displayed for members to see events that they are registered to attend.

Tracking Services

-Staff tracks membership participation.

-Logs and graphs of the number of hits, pages browsed, and time spent by Web site visitors may be reviewed daily.

-Reports tracking Web site usage by day, month, or year can be generated.

Interactive Components

-Interactive communications are implemented.

-An online forum for membership may include chats, bulletin boards, listservs, newsletter, and a membership directory.

-Members may update their profile information at any time and select to share profile information with the community.
