A Splash page grabs the attention of a web viewer by introducing your image while creating a transition into your website's unique environment.

Contact Database with Group & Email Manager

Using a dynamic database allows easy access to membership information by searching with a keyword or any known criteria.

An unlimited number of member categories or groupings can be created to organize membership and contact lists.

Staff is able to select specialized lists of members and send automated updates or notices via email.

Contact information can be exported and/or imported from most databases and spreadsheets, such as Excel or File Maker Pro.

News / Stories Database

Add, delete, or modify an unlimited number of News Articles or Press Release information to your website without any programming or html knowledge through a user-friendly private console. Updates to the website display immediately on your public website as new links, while archived articles can be searched and sorted by keyword, date, or any known criteria.

Other database driven website applications include pdf/forms files, endorsements, position statements, press clippings, etc.

$70 per month

Each additional database application is $70.

Events Calendar

The online Calendar enables staff to schedule internal meetings and activities from a password protected computer console.

From any web-browser, a Day, Weekly, Month, or Year calendar view of events provides quick access to check activities, all of which have printer-friendly format features.

Each event is linked to a more detailed description with contact and registration information. By selecting Submit to Website, the event will also display on the public website.

A power search button lets staff search by keyword, date, or any known criteria.

SMS Desktop Manager

From a desktop console, short messages are sent to the cell phone of selected groups from the contact database. (This application requires having a Contact Database.)

$10 per month plus $0.15 per message

Message Boards / Chats

Online forums such as Message Boards and Chats facilitate interactive communications between groups and staff. An unlimited number of forum categories can be created or deleted and search mechanisms allow members to search forums by keyword.
